The bed was big and comfortable. There is a hot water shower and air con. Tea and coffee is provided in the room and there are water machines in the corridor to use. There is WiFi in the room but it is unstable. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

Hotel, staff, pelayanan, fasilitas bagus semua. Dan lokasinya strategis. Sayangnya kebersihan kamar kurang, kasur dan spreinya bau apek, peralatan mandi seperti sabun shampo dan lainnya expired. Hawa dan bau kamarnya juga apek, kurang pengontrolan agar tetap terjaga kebersihan didalam kamarnya. Apresiasi untuk pelayanan.
